Lull Telehandlers
Since 1959, Lull has been making telehandlers. Their machinery have been made for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This system offers a lot more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer a large variety of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you accomplish all your needs, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. When both accuracy and precision are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been designed and developed in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more accurate manner. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures so as to position loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being developed and engineered all the time and will debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. Like for instance, load-reach management devices are able to automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the extension of the boom and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
